A doting father of 4 children, Tn Hj Abdul Razak Bin Ibrahim started his career as a civil engineer after his graduation which lasted him for only a year and a half. He later ventured into the construction business at a very tender age, established Century (M) Sdn Bhd, and became the Managing Director for about 4 years. Leaving his early working days as a professional engineer came with no regrets.

When he was first introduced to the Takaful Business by a renowned founder of one of the Takaful agencies, he wanted to try out just being a part-timer for only 3 months. As he realized that Takaful Business is his ‘cup of tea’, this Johor-born leader had his confidence grew without turning back. As he hit the targets for yearly short trip incentives, his exciting journey started from the land of the porcelains, then grabbed the Star Club titles bringing him to many countries throughout the world.

His dedication and perseverance as well as leadership skill developed outstandingly, and his team grew impressively nationwide. Together with his founding members, he established a brand for the Takaful Industry. With his dazzling “Thinking and Attitude” he becomes the ‘Wikipedia’ of self- development to many people.
