Since its inception in 2006, Tuan Haji Fadzli Mat Nor has been the driving force behind the company’s growth and prosperity as the Founder of Al Isra’ Group Sdn Bhd. Presently tasked with overseeing a nationwide network of 31 branches, he leads a team of over 2000 agents, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination. He honed his expertise as an Insurance and Takaful Agent, specializing in product promotion and serving clients His adeptness in managing marketing materials and fostering strong client relationships significantly contributed to his success in this role.

Prior to his venture into the insurance sector, he served as the Manager of the Civil Department at PLUS Berhad. During his tenure, he managed various civil engineering projects and led a team of professionals. Noteworthy among his achievements was his involvement in the development of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) from January 1993 to December 1997, where he held the position of Assistant Manager Civil. His earlier experience at JKR (IKRAM) from July 1990 to December 1992 further honed his skills in project execution and coordination.

Known for his energy and organizational prowess, he is adept at executing organizational strategies, allocating resources, and overseeing both all executive board members and a large team. He takes pride in fostering an Islamic working culture within the organization, aligning with the principles of Management by Islamic Objectives. His exceptional interpersonal skills enable him to effectively lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
