Born in Johor, Hj Mohd Noor bin Hj Shaharum is the fifth of six siblings, coming into the world in 1980. He pursued his tertiary education in Engineering, specializing in measuring materials, at Politeknik Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah (POLIMAS). His professional journey began in 2000 when he joined the semi-government sector as a technician at the Johor Water Company.

In 2001, he ventured into the trading industry, focusing on selling frozen chilled meat and fresh meat until 2006. It was in June 2006 when he transitioned into the field of insurance and takaful, under the guidance of Tuan Hj Othman bin Shaharum and Agency Al Isra’ Associates. From that point onward, he dedicated himself fully to the takaful sector, recognizing the immense potential it held.

Driven by technology and a visionary mindset, as a young Board of Director, he identified significant opportunities within the takaful industry. He firmly believed that becoming a Takaful agent was the right path. Through unwavering commitment and adherence to the philosophy of “whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve,” he steered his agency towards unprecedented success, eventually achieving a million-dollar agency status.
