Kelantan-born Zulmajdi bin Omar began his journey with Takaful in 2008 when he was introduced to the field by Wan Abdul Halim (under Hafizul Hamdi bin Hassan MF200001). Initially, he started as a part-timer, but within three months, he made the decision to transition to full-time, officially making the shift in August 2008.

After eight years of dedicated service, at the age of 36 in 2016, he was promoted to the role of Agency Manager. Under his leadership, he nurtured and developed two-unit managers, overseeing a team of 50 associates. His base of operations was in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Throughout his career as a Takaful agent, Zulmajdi achieved significant milestones. He received the prestigious MDRT award for five consecutive years, from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, he was honoured as the Premier Wealth Planner for four consecutive years, from 2010 to 2013. His outstanding performance consistently garnered recognition, leading to numerous prestigious awards and opportunities that allowed him and his family to travel the world.

Zulmajdi is widely regarded as a charismatic leader and one of the youngest members of the Board of Directors. His expertise in sales and recruitment is exceptional, earning him the moniker of “Master Sifu,” a title that reflects his hypnotic and captivating presence in the industry.
